The Site provides information about Datatailr and its products. It does not provide software, accounts, subscriptions, or free trials. Any use of Datatailr's products or services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Datatailr, not by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATATAILR AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Datatailr regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely. Nothing in these Terms obligates Datatailr to enter into any commercial relationship with you.
